These Terms govern your use of the What's My Next ("WMN") app and website, operated from Rotterdam, the Netherlands. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
WMN helps you discover films and series across streaming platforms and decide what to watch, alone or with a partner. We do not host or stream any content; we link you to the platforms where titles are available. Availability and recommendations are provided as-is and may change.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use WMN. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
WMN may offer a paid plan (WMN Pro). Pricing and features are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms and refund policies. You can manage or cancel via your store account.
Film and series information comes from third-party sources (such as TMDB) and may contain inaccuracies. Streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) are independent services with their own terms; WMN is not affiliated with them and is not responsible for their content or availability.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, WMN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms; the latest version will always be posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
