Delete your account

You can permanently delete your What's My Next account and your associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

From inside the app (fastest)

Open What's My Next and go to Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

By email (if you can't open the app)

Email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

We permanently remove your account and your personal data: your profile, swipes, watchlist, ratings, reviews, notes, comments, friend and partner connections, matches and notification settings. This action cannot be undone. Anonymous, non-personal data such as cached film information is not linked to you and is unaffected.

Je account verwijderen

Je kunt je What's My Next-account en de bijbehorende persoonsgegevens op elk moment definitief verwijderen. Dat kan op twee manieren.

In de app (snelste)

Open What's My Next en ga naar Profiel.
Tik op Account verwijderen.
Bevestig. Je account en gegevens worden meteen verwijderd.

Per e-mail (als je de app niet kunt openen)

Mail ons vanaf het e-mailadres dat aan je account gekoppeld is, dan verwijderen wij het voor je, normaal gesproken binnen 30 dagen.

Wat er verwijderd wordt

We verwijderen je account en je persoonsgegevens definitief: je profiel, swipes, kijklijst, beoordelingen, reviews, notities, reacties, vrienden- en partnerconnecties, matches en meldingsinstellingen. Dit kan niet ongedaan worden gemaakt. Anonieme, niet-persoonlijke gegevens zoals gecachte filminformatie zijn niet aan jou gekoppeld en blijven ongewijzigd.
